Harbor Community Benefit Foundation and the Bay Area Council Economic Institute invite you to contribute to a survey of the communities of San Pedro and Wilmington, to help identify and measure the Off-port impacts on land use by operations of the Port of Los Angeles.
The survey is ANONYMOUS and can be completed in approximately 10 minutes.

With your help, the Bay Area Council Economic Institute is preparing a comprehensive land use study to reveal trends in employment, economic development, culture, and residential real estate values in San Pedro and Wilmington.
Your input will offer to Harbor Community Benefit Foundation valuable insight for future funding projects and programs to fulfill its vision—to make the communities of San Pedro and Wilmington safe, healthy and beautiful places in which to live, learn, work, play and enjoy the physical environment.
Harbor Community Benefit Foundation os a 501(c)3 non-profit based in San Pedro. Its mission is to “assess, protect, and improve the health, quality of life, aesthetics, and physical environment of the harbor communities of San Pedro and Wilmington, CA, which have been impacted by the Port of Los Angeles.” Harbor Community Benefit Foundation administers the Port Community Mitigation Trust Fund.
